Creativity in Professional sense.

The word "creativity" is used in general talks and discussion with a wide shades of meaning. Sometimes people are said be creative when they arrange a "nice dinner" or render an "impressive rangoli". But in academics and professions, creativity would mean the invention of something that actually changes a domain in someway.
